Information we collect

TheBodyVisualizer collects account data such as your name, email address, authentication details, plan status, and support messages.

We collect usage data such as pages viewed, feature actions, generation requests, credit activity, device information, browser information, approximate location, logs, and error reports.

If you upload prompts, files, or other inputs, we process that content and the generated outputs to provide the service and maintain your account history. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.

How we use information

We use information to operate TheBodyVisualizer, process AI generation requests, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We may send transactional email for sign-in, payment, account, security, and service notifications.

Service providers

Payments may be processed by Stripe. Transactional email, hosting, storage, analytics, observability, database, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf.

AI providers may receive prompts, uploaded content, settings, and related metadata needed to complete a generation request.

Cookies and analytics

TheBodyVisualizer may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and product performance.

You can control some browser storage through your browser settings, but disabling required storage may affect core account features.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data by contacting [email protected].

We may retain information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

Photos and results

Photos you upload and the results generated from them are stored privately in your account. They are shown only to you, through links that expire after a short time, and are never published in a gallery.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Results stay until you delete them from your History; deleting a result also deletes its original photo.

3D body visualizer

The height, weight and measurements you enter in the 3D body visualizer are turned into a 3D model in your browser and are not sent to our servers. They only leave your device when you copy a share link.

Age

Photo uploads are only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect photos of anyone under 18.
