Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of TheBodyVisualizer, operated by TheBodyVisualizer.

By using TheBodyVisualizer, you agree to these Terms and any product policies shown in the application.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly update it when it changes.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

TheBodyVisualizer may use subscriptions, credit packs, usage-based credits, or promotional credits to price generation and related actions.

Credit costs may vary by model, capability, quality level, and output type. Displayed credit costs should be reviewed before submitting a job.

Inputs and generated output

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, settings, and other content you submit.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publication, commercial use, or distribution.

Third-party AI systems may produce unexpected, inaccurate, similar, or unsuitable results, and outputs may depend on provider availability and model behavior.

Generated output ownership

The output TheBodyVisualizer generates from your input is yours to use — including for commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over the output you generate.

Third-party AI engine

Output is produced by third-party AI models accessed through our gateway. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to upstream interruptions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness of the generated output.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, spam, security attacks, rights infringement, impersonation, deceptive activity, or content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that create risk for the service, other users, providers, or payment systems.

Liability

TheBodyVisualizer is provided as available and without guarantees that every generation will complete, meet expectations, or remain available indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to upload photos or generate photo previews. By uploading a photo you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission to upload and edit their photo. You are responsible for holding the rights needed to use every photo you upload.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Generated results stay in your History until you delete them, and deleting a result also deletes its original photo.

Not medical advice

TheBodyVisualizer shows an illustration of a body at a chosen weight or set of measurements. It is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice and does not predict how your body will change.

Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before starting a weight or health plan.

Commercial use of your images

You may use the images you create with TheBodyVisualizer, including commercially, as long as you have the permission of anyone shown in them and you follow these Terms.
